• Purchased Data: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the data for your internal business purposes as specified in the applicable data license agreement.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our data products to third parties without written permission.

5. Annotation Services

• Annotation services are provided on a project basis with scope, pricing, and timeline agreed upon before work begins.
• You retain ownership of any data you provide to us for annotation.
• We will treat all data provided for annotation as confidential.

6. Payment Terms

• Pricing for data products is displayed on each product page and is subject to change.
• Subscription-based products are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
