Overview
This dataset contains 472,472 interior and exterior photographs of rental properties across 33 cities in Indonesia. The collection covers the residential and hospitality rental market and is intended for use in computer vision research, real estate analytics, and model training.
What's Included
The dataset spans several property categories, including boarding houses, rental houses, apartments, villas, hotels, guesthouses, and homestays. Interior photographs cover bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, while exterior photographs cover building facades, gardens, and parking areas. Covered cities include Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Malang, Denpasar, Makassar, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Pekanbaru, Batam, Palembang, Padang, Bandar Lampung, Mataram, South Tangerang, and 17 other urban areas. Each image is accompanied by metadata containing the city, place identifier, location name, and address.
